So what's a good starting point for alignment for the track?

You said starting point, so I'd suggest absolutely bone stock.

If you're sure of yourself, most of us have success with zero toe in the rear and anywhere from 1/16" to 1/4" total toe out in the front, depending on just how sure you are that you want faster turn in.

This assumes a stock suspension.

Do not get a cheap alignment. It can really screw up how your car feels.

1/8" total toe out in front is a good start, in combination with zero toe in rear.
