I was planing on buying a turbo from XS Engineering, and maybe the intercooler. I am looking to get 450-500 whp. I am building the internals. I was wondering if anyone has heard anything good or bad about them. Or any suggestions on working with this turbo. I was planing on useing an AEM EMS or a MoTech System. Any info would be very helpfull.

WOW thats a lot of whp for a Daily Driven ITR. I would look into a diffrent engine managment. Hondata is alot cheaper and I think does a better job then the Motech (for a none all out 'race car') and AEM EMS. Also I would look into a custom kit. Maybe a T3/60-1 or better yet a PC60 turbo. But with either of these Turbos or Engine management you are going to need a good tuner. Thats going to be your key for boosting a ITR motor. I would suggest to you to visit www.honda-tech.com and check out the FI forum. Do some reasearch on there. Anything you could think of is on there and some. If its not you could ask the question and someone will help you out.

I have to assume with such high whp goals this will be a race-only proposition. Going that extreme will eliminate street drivability. But it will definitely be a wicked ride if you are able to pull it off, Spearco makes nice ICs too.

Most turbos use commonly available parts from major manufacturers like Garrett. I don't know if Precision actually makes anything. I went with Turbonetics (which uses mostly Garrett parts) because it's race proven over and over again.

I have heard of Precision Turbos being better. I have seen allot of data to back that up too. If your looking to make crazy numbers under boost PC60 will make some crazy numbers for you....do a search on H-T....lots and lots of info on that Turbo there.
