i finally decided to lower my car and was just wondering what would be better H & R sport springs with koni yellows or ground control. i havent heard the best things about GC, but i would like to be able to adjust the height. i think im leaning toward H & R springs....not positive though. i just wanted to get a few opinions from you guys. thanks

What bad things have you heard about GC? They're one of my favorite pieces.

iv just heard that they can be bouncy, but i guess what kind of shocks your using can effect that. and also that they are very loud, like creeking noises that you can hear from inside and outside the car. but i have also heard a lot of good things about GCs too. everybody that has H&R sport springs seems to love them, im not too sure if im going to like being stuck at the same height though. im totally split between the two

They will be bouncy if you don't select the proper shock. With normal rates and a good shock (if adjustable dampening, then it must be adjusted properly to the spring rates, that is the whole point of adjustable shocks) they will be fine. Mine never made any more noise than the sway bar did, so I never noticed it. I went from H&R Sports to GC's and would never run the H&R's again. They aren't that bad, but they aren't that good either IMO.. but then I wasn't looking for a street setup. Now that I drive the car only on the street again, I run stock springs.
