It seems that I have seen a picture recently (I can't remember where) of an ITR with a small black carbon fiber lip on the back of the ITR rear wing. Has anybody seen or heard of this?

Yes, I have heard of it, and I've talked to a CW owner who had one on his car.

I believe I have also seem a plastic version.

I wouldn't look down on anybody who had one, but the discussion left me wondering if it was worth having, and I never pursued getting one.
