Anybody have any suggestions for preparing a Type-R for storage for at least 6 months possibly as long as a year? Besides taking out the battery is there anything else that should be done? Thanks!

Take out the battery, drain all the fluids, and wipe the rotors with WD40 to keep them from rusting.

Also, don't leave the battery on the floor, otherwise it'll ground itself out, leave it at least a foot above the floor.

Can't think of anything else, other than to remember to put the fluids back in before starting the car...

Later,
Aj

also if u have crappy tires use them instead of leaving your car on the good ones u don't want flat spots on your good tires . And never ever use jakstands to put your car up I know someone that did they weren't too happy. Close all air vents u don't want small creatures getting in or other things.
