My brakes are not working only the emergency. I have no engine could that be the problem? :x :x :x :x :x

You have no engine?

Your brakes work off of vacuum to power the booster. If your engine isn't running your brakes will barely work . . .

No engine? Do you even have fluid in the lines? Brakes are hydraulically actuated and unless you have the fluid reservoir, master cylinder, etc., only your mechanical parking brake will work.
