i Bought a block off of ebay needless to say i got smoked for way too much i should have not even picked it up.. but too late

i bought a b18c5 2000 off of ebay after i got it home from bay area to salem oregon and looked at it closely ... only to come to find that the tops of the pistons where marked real litely on #2#3 intake with valve marks valves hit the tops off the pistons. so i took the block apart only to find that the oil pain what lil oil was there looked like a the block had been running with no oil for ever... shavings, grit of bearing, man it looked bad i took the pistons out only to find that the 84mm bore block was not usesing anywhere close to the right size of pistons... hmm 83mm pistons in a 84 mm bore ... wow .... what F^&%& up SHop built this $hit

so if anyone knows of this shop and has there number could you please post it up or email me it becase i really want to know what the hell thay where thinking on this......
