Exspensive name, but good quality. At least that is what comes along with the spoon name. I have no idea about hp.

They are actually Honda Cams, or I should say they are Spoon specs, but manufactured by Honda. They put down decent numbers across the board, but don't expect big peak numbers....

Basically if you plan on drag racing on the street, you're barking up the wrong tree, but for a road race cam, they're at the very least pretty good.

I have a friend running them and they are pretty good for midrange but not that great for top end. It is a good road race cam as AJ said.

Honda cams to Spoon specs as said before.

You can use the stock valvetrain as long as you stay with the stock revlimit.

Toda A cams are also comparable.
