No, but the CTR intake camshaft is the same as the 00' and 01' USDM ITR camshaft, as far as the exhaust, they're both identical, and have been since 97. The only difference in the older ITR camshafts, and the newer ITR/CTR cams is a little more durration in the intake cam, in Japan the 98 spec and newer ITR cam shaft is and has been the same as the CTR camshaft since their introduction.

So if you have a 97-98 USDM ITR, it's ussualy a good drop in 5-8whp. To answer your question though, there has never been a CTR or ITR camshaft that has been the same, or even that similar to a GS-R camshaft.
