From my understanding the hytech will suport a built motor better, allthough Mugen is damm quiet.

Both are good-great, but what are your future plans for your motor?

The Mugen Header is reallyx quiet? isn't that true with the exhaust as well? from my understanding...the quieter ur exhaust manifold and exhaust system altogether, the less friction the exhaust gases make as passing through it...so isn't this what we want?

QUESTION: I have an AEM CAI installed right now. It's damn loud. If I put in a Mugen Sports Exhaust, and a Mugen Header, will it quiet down the AEM CAI?

It'll be louder w/ Mugen header (but not exhaust). Mugen exhaust is almost too quiet. The header makes more noise than the exhaust in Mugen's case.

The Mugen header, at least on my car, is kind of noisy actually. It has kind of a resonance ~3000-3500 that I wish it didnt have. No huge thing...the exhaust is not much louder than stock at all.

Hytech and SMSP are both excellent options you should probably consider as well.
