I was wondering if anyone has found the real problem on the window rattling....? my window rattles on my driver side door almosts sounds like my door is hollow....another thing is my passenger side window slows like to a crawl half way through it's decline and after a certain point it speeds the hell up....anyone got any ideas? One last thing i was wondering wat 94 LS owners get for gas mileage? that's it thanx for everyones help

 

well i dont have a ls but i have the same engine and i got about 310-320 per 11 gallons. and for the window ratteling you might want to tighten up somethig inside of your door and for the passenger side slowing down like that its probably because there is crudd on the track of the window soo take the door panel off and either just stick some oil in there or if its too dirty then just go ahead and clean it up

try to open the door panels n see whats loose for the rattling side...
u might need to tighten up a loose bolt here n there...

the passenger side....possibly the panel is too tight...or something might be in the way...

 

Yes, mine does it too. I went inside the door and put spray-dynamat all through it (yes, added a sh!tload of weight but it quieted the car down a lot) and went over every metal piece in there and covered it in a sylicon tube as best as I could.

Check your moldings on the outside of the door, if one is out of place it will create a bump where your window has a problem getting over it (like, the moldings near the back of the window, but in your door frame)

I have a 98 RS (same engine) and it goes about 290-300 on 10.2 gallons, so I'd say the same as above, about 310-320 on 11 gallons. I can never run it dry enough to get 11 gallons though, hah. Even when I drive until the gas light stays on solid and doesnt fade in/out.

 

ugh damn i am getting only 200-250 miles per 11 gallons....i just bought a used integ 94 ls neone got ne ideas why mileage gone down?

 

go get tune up or you might wanna try some injector cleaner and see if that helps and you might ned a new distributor buttonor rotor and you might just need to clean the one you have and you might need new plugs and be sure not to lay into it all of the time it hurts your pocket a little
