after about 6 months of driving my gs-r i developed a problem with the steering. Every time i hit a bump it causes a my steering wheel to move. it gets extremely unstable when i'm driving on bumpy roads. At first it would move slightly but after awhile it got worst. would n e body know what the problem is? only thing i did wrong recently was run over a bump at 50 miles an hour and went airborne.

 

get down check out your cv boots see if anything is riped, might have ****ed up the alignment too depending on how low your car is and if your wheels touched your wheel well, might want to take the wheels off if you havnt already and get that thing up on a lift or stands and just start going through all the stearing compnents, dont want to make it worss.

Have you had a wheel alignment in this time period?

 

no i bought the car six months ago but i can feel that the alignment is off. it goes to the right

 

aight then i say you go down get the alignment. can you tell if the car has ever been lowered, also dose it have low profile tires on it?

ok so this is your first teg, i think. my teg dosnt drive very smooth at all. for one it is a sports car not a family car (lexure car). pluss where low to the ground wich makes you wheel feel alot of the improfections in the road but if you are lossign controll over the wheel you need to get the alignment checked and go from there.

please tell me what happens when you get that alignment check, that is a must.
