Same here.

Are they done with the 'full' course yet?

So we're pretty much certain of this move to the Beave? Or is it all depending on a "final word" from Summit, Trey?

<--Just needs to clarify before he asks for more days off

Opie I am pretty certain we are moving. I'd hedge my bets we will be on the Beave July 23/24. No word from Summit Point yet and I have heard more and more unpleasent behind the scenes (unfounded) news about the condition of the track so time to make sure we don't lose the Expo completely.

Thanks for the quick write back Trey,

Are there any legal steps that can be taken to try and give it to Summit sideways? Meaning any contracts signed, because it seems that there could be a lawsuit possible. Its obvious they have not fulfilled their end of the deal, shouldn't they be held accountable?

After all all the time effort and agravation of moving this MASSIVE Event/Sponsors is grounds enough for a good old fashioned NY ass kicking!

Nope, no recourse, they have even stalled on getting us a contract for the track. Should have been obvious huh?

As I stated in the ITRCA thread, the Beaver works for me. Preferrably the 23/24 weekend.

Thanks for all your hard work Trey
