It's just an idea that i thought MIGHT be cool. I was thinking of putting the 1.8T emblem from VW's on the back of my car when I turbo it. I know that I shouldn't "show off" what I have done because of theives but I do park in a garage at night. I think it might look cool in place of where ACURA is on the rear of the car, IF it covers up the holes. I mean, I still have the DOHC VTEC badge so this really isn't that much worse. Once again this is JUST AN IDEA so don't bite my head off for it. Below is a pic of the emblem

No... unique? yes.. but all the VW owners will feel like you're a VW wanna-be or something and you dont wanna give them that satisfaction.

When I was in high school there was this '80s Pontiac Bonneville that used to always be in the parking lot of a grocery store near my house. It was covered in every emblem from a Honda VTEC one to a Porshce turbo one. :chuckles:

I'd refrain from this VW one. Besides, the font doesn't match the other badges you've got.

 

If i saw it, I would probably say thats stupid, but think it was unique/original.

i think i've seen that before.. i dunno.. i wouldn't do it just for the fact that i wouldn't want to advertise. besides that, people may think that you're just a dumb ricer with no turbo, and hate on you for that. either way.. :dunno:

 

If the emblem said "1.8 Turbo" i'd be more inclined to use it...maybe :screwy:

 

like 9600baud said. its not a stupid idea. the only thing is that VW owners may think you're a wannabe VW. i mean, concept is nice, but other people may percieve it wrong. and like mrfatbooty said, it doesnt match other fonts of your emblems
