What are the spring rates? How do the collars lock (I am assuming these are the coilover sleeves)?

I can't say I am real gung ho about anything sleeved like this except Ground Control but everyone has their budget and uses for the parts/car.

Dropzone springs are really not that bad, my friend has them on a Matrix and they dont feel bad at all.

Unless you've really got your heart set on adjustable ride height, in that price range you will be much more well served by a quality lowering spring rather than a cheap sleeve coilover.
