Default P1259! ! !

HELP! My car has been transformed to an LS! About 2 weeks ago my speed sensor went out and my spedometer stopped working...Naturally my H-VTEC stopped working cause it won't kick in unless ur car thinks it's moving. I got it fixed the other day and now my VTEC doesn't work and I'm getting the code of P1259 when I unplug my S-VAFC. Does anyone know how to fix this code and get my VTEC back up and running? THX...

your high vtec? :eh: im assuming you have a gsr which has a b18c1. that "high vtec" you think you're feeling is the secondaries in the intake manifold opening.

P1259 is a generic OBD-II diagnostic code for "VTEC system malfunction." The first thing you need to do is pull a regular numeric code from the ECU which will be more specific. You can do so using the following method: http://www.c-speedracing.com/faq/06.php
