Default Greddy SP hangs too low?

I have a Greddy SP exhaust on an '94 LS Integ that I think hangs too low in the middle. Has anyone ever experienced this problem or has seen this? I went to the shop and everything seemed fine with the install, but they couldn't fix it from drooping in the middle. Greddy said that they would not replace. This is only 8 months old.

If there is any suggestions, please let me know.

Thanks,
Mike

The exhaust is on all the hangers. It looks like it may need another hanger, but all the stock hangers are used. If there is such a thing as smaller rubber holders, then that might help, but I don't think by much. I figure this may be a manufacturing defect since I would assume that Greddy would make a product that fits just like stock.

Could this be an installation problem?

Thanks for your response kfar09.

mine used to hang that way too. the B-pipe sits ridiculously low.

low enough that i annihilated it on a speed bump, ripping it open

That's exactly what I think will happen one of these days going over a speed bump. In fact, there are signs of me scraping it already, but I never noticed it while driving.

So Rich, did you have to replace your exhaust?

mine hung low also. ran over some tires spikes and tore a hole in it. had the hole welded shut, but going over the spikes threw the muffler off center. so i just sold it and got a 5zigen fireball.

this can easily be remedied at your local muffler shop. theyll just cut and reweld the hangers without affecting any performance. i had my n1 reangled by a muffler shop and it looks bad ass with little to no scrappage.

I ripped open the resonator on the b pipe. I just welded in another aftermarket smaller diameter resonator.

As for the muffler, there are two sets of hangars above the muffler, try switching to those.

At the shop, they tried those other hangers you mentioned at the muffler side, but it didn't raise the middle at all. The back is fine and it starts fine at the catalytic converter, but it all jacked in the middle. It needs to be torqued I think and then it would be closer to the body.

So, a muffler shop can fix this?
