Default ITR vs. GSR

What are the biggest differences between GSR adn ITR? its liek 170 horse compared to 195, but how do they get the extra 25hp in the ITR?

A lot, for example: LSD (Limited Slip Diff.), Port and Polish, Head upgrades, etc...

balanced crank, high-flow intake manifold, higher compression, better valvetrain, better header, better exhaust... buncha stuff...

That's not the point. If he gets an ITR, he is more likely go have it stolen then a GS-R.

Intake, Intake manifold, and Cams would be the biggest differences. It utilize those a different ECU. There is a slightly better exhaust as well. The head itself is different but not enough so to warrant changing. THere is also a slight bit more compression which works with more aggressive cams.

YOu want similar power I would suggest . . . Skunk2 Intake Manifold, Comptech Icebox, Type-R Cams and a Power FC or Hondata (VAFC will work too but not as well). A mild exhaust would not hurt either. If you hate loud exhausts look at a stock ITR exhaust with some modification needed or an Apexi World Sport.
