Hate to rain on your parade... but I'd definitely drive a car with a light flywheel before just buying one. It's not a thing that improves 'street manners' (much different on the launch, requires more revs/babying), but it will help slightly at the track.
Also, if you don't get a new flywheel, DEFINITELY get your old one re-surfaced.
