i just got my 95 GSR but i cant find a good exhaust for the 4 door. everything comptech makes is for 2door. i was considering putting an exh from a stock type r. is that possible?
2 door ls exhausts fit the gs-rs from what i recall
i believe it is about 4-6 inches shorter or longer.. i cant quite remember.. but u can get a muffler shop to weld you on an extra 4-6 inches or cutt off 4-6 inches..
do u recommend i go with the type r exhaust? i mean it is gonna be about $200 cheaper. but is it still gonna sound good. ( i also plan to put a test pipe in)

dont run a test pipe. Your car will stink like shit and sound like shit, a high flow cat will have the same gains and you wont be polluting the enviroment

Then don't buy an exhaust now and save until you can buy good stuff the first time around. IMO when it comes to car components, if you can't afford what you really want to get, save up and take your time. Buying substitutions just doesn't cut it when you're looking at performance and quality...
And, please, don't run a test pipe. I can tell when a car is running a test pipe from over 100 feet away on the freeway by the smell alone... Imagine what it would be like in traffic? It's also incredibly ****ed up for the environment, and it will make your car sound like total ass. Again, spend the money and do it right with a Carsound or Random Tech high-flow cat...
