Default Power Window Problem

If it aint one thing, its another. First my antenna mast is broke. I plan on fixing that with the S2000 conversion antenna. Second, I was noticing today that my driver side window is not going down very fast, and the auto button (so it does down automatically) wont work at all. I have to help it down. However, it moves up just fine. Kinda wierd? I called around and its going to cost me a minimum of 120 bucks for a new motor. :tfg:

I was curious if getting a motor from a junkyard would be fine, or if this could be a result of my battery going dead. My passenger window moves up and down just fine. Any tips, hints, or tricks would be greatly appreciated, cuz I dont feel like dropping 130 bucks for the motor, especially since im going to get my TEIN SS's on Friday, which is gonna cost me 900 bucks. So yea, help a broke brotha out

got both power windows from my 92 teg. motors and windows, will part out what you need. I don't have door panels or switches though. dunno what year your teg is, but even if it's a different one the motor's might be the same. might be worth it to find out, cause i don't need these.

That looks like it should work.

For your windows, just spary silicon lubricant into the front and rear tracks. Do this several times while raising and lowering the window. Should smooth out.
