they should....tells you how to remove the paneling to change the tail lights, i dont see how this could be any different. I would seriously advise you to invest in a Helms Manual. For 60 bucks it tells you how to do EVERYTHING, even an engine swap.

Start tugging at the plastic by the latch hook. The plastic is held on with metal clips. You also need to remove the side plastic strips to get the bigger one out.

alright, i opened the trunk looked straight down in it and took the back panel off, the one you take off to switch tail lights. and no harness fell out or anything. it was just all the brake wires.

I just pulled hard on mine and it came off.

I'm in the process of replacing my LEDs also. Half of my LED bar doesn't even light up anymore. I've been using the 3rd brake light.

Check your fuse box. If its a 2000 model then the LEDs shouldnt be burnt out, after all I have a 95 model and mine work fine. Also, is your car still under warranty? Think it was like a 4yr/50k right>? If it is, take it to the dealer.

Well on my g2 there were a couple of plastic screws (5 maybe?)and a shiteload of metal clips (okay maybe 3) holding it on.
