Default Bent subframe

I own a 91 integra and had a little accident. A mixture of rain a corner and a blow out. Point is I bent the lower control arm mount(front) on the sub frame. Its probably a quarter inch off to the right. Does anyone know if I can hammer it back or do I need a new subfame? thanks

Have you consulted a body shop? I'm not up to par on body repair, but can then bend it back for you?

For important stuff like that, I would much rather replace then beat back with a hammer.

Thank you for your input everyone. I did contact quite a few body shops only to come across the same answer. DONT TRY TO BEND IT BACK! Guess I have a project this weekend. Thanks again.
