Did you put that link in as an example? If not, I'd stay away from buying those in particular. Notice there's no brand name mentioned.

Some good shocks and a camber correction kit would be useful. I hope you're not buying those coilovers listed in that link.

You can adjust the height if they're coilovers.[/captain obvious]

I wouldnt trust 45$ coilovers on your car meng. Invest in some Ground Controls or Skunk2's or if you got the money go full with Tein. Most people say if you drop more than 1.5" you want a camber correction kit so your tires dont go to shit in 3 months. Good names are Ingalls, Progress and I think skunk2 makes some too.

If you want some kind of slammed ghetto-wagon, yeah, that will do it.

If you want to lower the car right, you need some quality springs/coilovers, some better shocks to keep up with those springs, and a camber kit to keep it all aligned right. And yes, it should all be done at the same time.

A 1.7" drop should not significantly alter the camber, but it would be nice to have a kit anyway for fine adjusments.

Well back to ebay for some links:

Skunk2 camber kit:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33581

Ground Control Coilovers:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=42609

In the winter you dont need to change out the springs just raise the height of the car since it is now adjustable.

Also check WWW.skunk2.com
