Default How to put in polyurethane engine mount inserts?

I know there's some people out there that have polyurethane engine mount inserts on their cars. Can anyone tell me how you remove the old inside of the mount from the rear engine mount. I've hacked the thing to pieces and it's just not comming out. Tried just about everything. Feeling like an idiot here. A little help would be great.

Either a press or blowtorch to burn it out!

try putting a jack under the motor and lifting the motor slightly. this will reduce the amount of stress put onto the rear mount.
