Default 1995 LS Special Ed. Lots of ?'s

I just stumbled across this forum after the cops found my stolen 95 Teg. (212,600 original miles, all mine). No wheels/tires and both front and rear leather seats gone. Now for some questions:
1. I had a spare key in the car(seemed like a good idea, gone). How difficult is it to change the locks? Dealer wants about $800 to do them all.
2. I need wheels and tires- will 17's just bolt right up? The car is all stock- no suspension mods at all. Will 17's rub? Best place to mail order?
3. With 212K miles, aJDM engine seems like the way to go-Anybody know a reputable shop in central Cal. to do the install?

I just want to get my Teg back on the road again. I'm glad I found this board. You guy's know your shit!!

1. having a spare key IN the car does you no good.

2. 17" wheels will bolt up, assuming they have a 4 x 100 bolt pattern (meaning there are 4 lug holes, evenly spaced at 100 mm apart (I think thats what 100 means)).

3. www.hmotorsonline.com is a good place to get a motor.

The spare key was inside the car in case I lost the original. I do a fair amount of air travel. I did not want to be at LAX (200 miles from home) and not have a key. AAA will come out and unlock the car, and viola, I drive away using the spare. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Unfortunately I'm not a rocket scientist from NY.

I have a honda ignition in my 95 SE, it's a different key from the doors... but I figure you can put in honda door locks as opposed to acura, and I was told (the ignition at least) is a butt load cheaper.
