so...girls are bashed on this forum...kewl. i don't understand the whole sexism thing, i'm a girl and i wouldn't consider myself stupid, not saying that i'm a genius in any way either though. i think white cars with white rims look allright, i wouldn't do it to my car if it was white though. gunmetal rims on white cars look best in my opinion. not all chicks have bad taste, just as not all guys have good taste. oh well..peace

 

I agree norcalgsr!! Not all girls have bad taste. Being a girl in the import scene, you are expected to be bashed. But you don't see us leaving.

 

i guess girls just have to work a little harder to get some respect on the import scene...i've been into imports for a while and am just now getting credit for my car from guys that thought they were above me just cause they're guys.

 

It definitely is hard work. But the fun part is making them feel stupid when you know something they expect you not to know. (if that makes sense). When my distributor went out the other day I had a guy sit there and laugh and say, "haha you just blew your fuel pump when you ran out of gas" I just looked at him and said, "If you knew anything about cars you would know I didn't run out of gas and it was the distributor not the fuel pump" He shut up then. But yeah I am finally getting credit for the classiest integra. Which makes me feel good comparing the girls around here stick a bunch of stickers on their cars and think they are all that now. Not alot of girls here do have good taste. Anyways it's good to share your opinion.
