I just copped a set of leather seats for my 95 teg hatch. The leathers, from what I was told were from a 2000 teg. My question is, are the rear leather seats supposed to drop right in without any mods?

I ask this, because the leather have these hook clamps which supposed to clamp down to the bottom, but they are placed in a different spot than where my orig cloth seats are.

I was told all the leathers from a 94-01 should drop right in, as long as they are for a 2 dr coupe.

Now my rear leathers are not even clamped down.

anyone have the same problem? or know about this?

 

should have the hooks that look like a looped metal close hanger and then the one bolt braket

 

yes, but those hanger loops are placed differently than my orig cloth seats were, so the leathers cannot be bolted down.

 

not sure unless there out of a diff. model, as per the service book they all bolt the same, leather or cloth, if they fit everywhere else can you bend that hook to fit or is it to far over to make it work?

 

thats the problem, they are too far over so not much can be done.
