high downforce aero parts?
I got a Type-R wing and it makes a noticable improvement at highway speeds and above. Obviously, it creates drag (that's the point), so your car will be slightly slower as a result, but it will also be more stable at high speeds.
Of course, that wing was actually designed for an Integra, so I'm sure results with other wings/spoilers will vary.

The front spoilers mentioned are pretty much all you can do about "front" downforce...although they really don't make too much of a difference unless you're on a track.
Addressing the rear wing issue:
While rear downforce sounds dumb and takes away traction from the front wheels in the event of a drag launch, a rear wing does promote high speed stability. Mugen makes an excellent adjustable rear wing, although it is pretty huge and will most likely draw glares from the hardco jdm anti-riceboy crowd. Unless you're making some serious power and track like a mofo, I don't think a rear wing is really necessary.
But the front aero pieces will do you some good and look pretty slick IMO

lol, wow, this forum isnt as good as I thougt.
the point of having downforce is that the car handles better at high speeds. On a FWD car, the biggest problem is that when you get going fast enough, the front of the car will lift. having a rear wing makes this worse, and makes it occur at lower speeds. A rear wing is only good on cars that power the rear wheels.
A rear wing on a FWD car does nothing good at all, except make a ricer feel like he has a fast car.
the only way to sensibly improve downforce on a FWD car is to have that downforce on the front half of the car. thats why FWD race cars dont have rear wings, rather, they have rear spoilers.
darn, turns out that the honda community really is based on big aluminum wings, fart can exhaust and big body kits. darn.
