I have a 94 Integra, popped the gas hatch and pumped some gas onced i finished and tried to push in the cover it would not go in, i had tried to move it to get it to go back in but wouldn't and i didn't want to bend it right out of shape. anyone know how the inner clip is supposed to be shaped?

:squint: the fuel door cover :dunno: bend it til it closes and never pump gas again:chuckles: j/k umm not sure about the shape, i can tell you tomorrow when i go get gas in my car in the morning before work:dunno:

 

The part that hits the little spring loaded doo dad sort of hits the doo dad(llittle plastic catch) is sort of angled away, so the catch hits it like a ramp, the catch then pops back out when the door is closed
