I/H/E, suspension and some good rubber.

What do you want your car to do and we can start suggesting what brands to get.

First and best mod ALWAYS: Good tires (Don't skimp)

And I'm a real name-brand guy, so basically you want to shoot for good intake (AEM, Injen, or Comptech), header (DC, Comptech, GReddy), exhaust (GReddy, Comptech, Apex'i), and coilovers (Tein IS the way to go in low cost, quality coilovers).

Other cheap mods that you can pull are a high-flow cat and air/fuel tuning...

Your first mod should be a manual transaxle swap, or buy another with a manual. You're going to need a manual and a good turbo setup to get anywhere near a true (not an indicated) 150mph.

or unless you had an awesome deal on it .. just work on the suspension first.. then when you have enough money.. do a swap..
