halo lights
i was looking at an article on TI.net about this custom job and i think it looks pretty cool. i think that if i tried it, i would mess it up. has anybody done it? is it easy?(i know it is a long process)
please don't make fun of me, i have my own taste. |
they actually sell them now...but if you don't want to spend the money, go for it. I personally don't think its too ricey, and if done right, it doesn't look half bad.

I've read many times that they are of poor quality materials and design, so be careful. |

I tried, ... hmm tried the 4 LED version (those things are expensive, $5 a piece x 4 per headlight x 2 headlights = $40!!) anyways... the rings themselves came out okay. The rod was hard to find actually, such a stupid thing nobody bothers to stock.
Everything was wired up and ready to be put into the headlights but I got lazy and kinda hesitant to take'em off and melt the glue off then have to wire all those things. So... i wasted like $50+... oh well, it was kinda fun. |
