hey guys, i started installing my ported / polished gsr manifold onto my gsr. i got the old one off. now im having trouble putting the new one on. i cant seem to get the bottom nuts tight. (i forgot how i even got them loose)..also... the sutds that hold the fuel rail on is too big, my fuel rail wont slide over it. did the manifolds change over the years? the throttle body looks slightly different also.
oh yea, and is there an easier way to take off my old gasket because its REALLY stuck onto the block. i tried scraping as much as i could off but there is still some left on there. doesnt anything disolve gaskets?

any tips / tricks would help
or if there is anyone here around fremont that has nothing to do this weekend, you could help if you arent busy.

make sure you don't tighten the top bolts all the way and then try to do the bottom...that just wont work. Evenly distrubute and i dont know y it wouldnt work. If this doesnt work then f*ck if i know.
