The LS motor doesn't really flow enough to need the 2.5" collector of the DC "JDM" header. If you're building the crap out of the motor then sure, but otherwise it would be much simpler to get the header that's designed to bolt up to the rest of your exhaust system.

On the contrary, my friend, a B16 cast head (b16's of course and ITR's) has different bolt patterns for the exhaust ports than an LS.
I know this first-hand.

Well i have personally put a jdm 4-1 on a b18b with no problems.

well it's a little late now for me second guessing if it fits, i've already ordered the header so once it comes in a few days i'll be sure to tell everyone how it fits and feels also get pics!

its the intake mani that doesnt bolt up. the exhaust side is the same on all b series heads. now as far as clearance issues with a b16header bolting on a b18, i dont think it will fit. but never the less will it bolt up.
