Default My driver's side window won't open

How can I get it to open? I don't think it is frozen shut, though maybe it is from the inside :dunno: My passenger side one is working fine.

Bri,

I had to replace my driver's window motor already once on my teg. I have found that the motors in Hondas/Acuras really suck since they have broken, or are breaking on every one I have owned.

It is also usually the cold that makes them not work well or at all. Was your car outside all weekend...that is probably why.

Tom, it was outside all weekend. Do you think that it is fried or just frozen? It was working fine before the snow. If it is frozen how do I unfreeze it? If it is fried, is it covered under the warranty?

Bri,

I have never seen it not want to go down. What you could do is park it in your garage for the night and see what happens. If it works you know the motor is not shot.

I am pretty certain it is the cold that is doing that to your motor.

huh i had this problem too but mine was cause the glass got frozen to the weather stripping....i had to chip it away with a scraper. worked fine after that. cold weather does suck.....snow = salt on roads = wax and clear coat eating away. I froze my ass off today at the car wash washing all that damn salt off my car.
