Default passenger window not working

Short version:

My passenger side window will not go up or down with either switch. What things should I check to see if I can get it working again? I've already checked the fuse.

Long version:

About a year ago me and a buddy were installing my stereo system and were drilling a hole through the firewall to put the battery wire through. We were drilling through the passenger side floor and what we didn't realize is we hadn't gotten to the firewall when we pulled the carpet up. There's actually this hard rubber padding underneath, and underneath that rubber padding there is... TA DA the main wire harness connecting the engine compartment to the ECU and dashboard controls. Drilled straight through it.

Took it to the dealership and they said I had fried the ECU and idle selonoid. They were gonna charge $900 or something stupid to replace both but were nice and put it on warranty.
Ever since then my passenger side window hasn't been able to go up and down with either switch.

I've already checked the fuses and didn't find any blown ones. What else should I look at? or should I just take it back to the dealership?

Umm...
your child safety switch on the driver's door handle hasn't accidentally been activated, has it?
Sorry, had to ask since you didn't mention it in your post.

After that, I'd start by pulling the power window switch & check for 12v there.
