No, the boot doesn't fit the Integra without some serious modification. They closely resemble one another. I believe the Prelude's is a bit darker.

Not a bother at all. The plastic chrome ring (heh) also comes with the purchase of the Prelude SH boot and shift knob. I swapped out the black plastic ring on my GS-R knob with the chrome ring from the Prelude SH knob.
