What's that thing in your driveway? No, not the car, the "thing" actually into the concrete in front of your car (1st "after" photo)?

Nice enough car. The carbon fiber surrounds for the vents a bit much for my understated tastes, tho. Nice ride height. How much lower from stock is it, and what suspension mods to get it that way?
