I think start out by taking out the ash tray and removing the two screws in there (maybe 3 cant remember). Once you have that pulled out then look inside the opening for a screw that looks like it is holding in the CD player. Undo that and it should free the player. But this was for a 95 RS , not knowing what you have its hard to give instructions on what to do

it's a 92 integra ls... i think i've found two screws the go from the harness to the player itself holding it together, tried to unscrew but too tight... is there any part of the dash i can take off to make it easier to get to the screws?

Remove the console.
Remove the 2 screws and pull the unit out.
Disconnect the harness plugs and remove the unit.
Install in reverse order. Enter the security code.

Thats all i can find

most likely you'll have to take the two screws out from behind the radio.

the newer integras have 2-8mm bolts holding it in, but the older ones use 2-phillips screws. i suggest going to a hardware store and buy a Skewdriver with a long phillips bit that fits the screw head snug. once you strip out the head, you are in for some massive drilling work.

~~~edit~~~
NEVERMIND..wrong car :doh:
