Default JDM type R idle problem

this one's been a mystery to anyone who's looked at my engine. i don't know a whole lot about it...so i'm looking for some help. what it does is this: when the engine's cold...it doesn't want to start at all. eventually it will and all will be fine. once it warms up, it begins to lub while idling. it revs up and down and up and down between 1 and 2 grand. if you pump the brakes, it increases the revs up to between 2 and 2.5 grand. then it'll go back down. this is all a mystery. if anyone knows anything, please let me know. thanks!

The brake booster is on the driver side of the engine bay, mounted against the firewall. It's the black spherical object that has the brake master cylinder and reservoir coming out of it.
