Cant adjust headlights

I cant align my left headlights, I turn the adjustments forever and no change whatsoever happens... I turned both ways and still nothing. Could the knob be broken? Would the dealer fix for free since its a "safety issue"? thanks...

:dunno: couldnt hurt to try though. make sure you have a big enough bit on your screw driver...you might not be turning it at all and just stripping the plastic peice
