Default K&N Question

Year..Make....Model....Part Number..Description
1998..ACURA..Integra..E-2427.........Air Filter
1998..ACURA..Integra..57-3509.......FIPK

What's the difference between the "air filter" and "FIPK"? I have a GSR with the OE cone style filter I'd like to replace in the next few thousand miles.

Which reminds me, whats the life span on the OE cone style filters?

Thanks.

FIPK stands for Fuel Injected Performance Kit.

The air filter alone is sold by itself, but you can also buy the FIPK which includes a cone filter, and at some online stores I've seen them with a Recharger Filter Care Service Kit, and adapters.
