Default wtf? chassis codes

whats the difference in the dc2 and the dc4 chassis? im so confused :shakes fist: i tried to search but, i couldnt find anything. thx.

The designations below for the third-gen Integra Models are as follows:

DC2 refers to VTEC 2 door Integras
DC4 refers to NON-VTEC 2 door Integras

DB7 refers to VTEC 4 door Integras
DB8 refers to NON-VTEC 4 door Integras


The Chassis code is taken from the VIN:
Example, a 97 LS 2dr starts off with the code JH4DC4xxxxxxxxxx
