Setting Cam timing HELP!!!

Setting Cam timing HELP!!!
Okay I don't have a helms manual so if someone can help that would be great. Top dead center on a B18B should be which? The white mark or the red mark? The cam gears should be straight up and down identical to each other. Thanks for the help.

White mark on the crank pulley is TDC.
