Default coolant temp

Hey this is for you integra owners in the frost belt . .or anywhere where it gets damn cold like minnesota . .. after driving for half hour or more where is your temp gauge at? Mine barely moves past the c unless i sit at idle . .the kid i bought the car from said its acura's "efficient motor" or some bs like that .. i figure its just the thermostat that's stuck wide open but i want to know if there is any truth to his statement about it running cold. I would figure taht would be worse for the engine than running at normal operating temp. Thanks guys

It is your thermostat. I had my temp stuck at 1/8's and only after driving for 30mins at 180kph at 30C did it reach the half mark but then came back down.
