ok i established that the sound is the speedo cable from someone elses description of the same problem. where is the speedo cable.. only cable i can find is throttle cable..

The speedo cable runs into the back of the instrument panel to, you guessed it, the speedometer.

come on folks. ive rear of people oiling or greasing the cable but no instructions or where to pour the oil

Like I said, the speedometer cable runs right up to your instrument panel.

However there is also a sensor called the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) which is also called the Speed Pulser. Anyway that sensor is mounted directly to your transmission.
