I was wondering if this will fit on my 95 GSR, nothing wrong with some good cooling

I run that on my car, with the matching Permacool thermostat. It works great. Then again, for RX-7's the main reason they are used is to eliminate the factory pulley-mounted clutching fan, which Honda guys don't have to worry about.
I would suggest you just save the money until you get an aftermarket radiator. The stock fan is just fine for a stock or lightly mod'ed GS-R.
Do you have a water temp guage (aftermarket, with numbers)? What temps are you running?
