i had a Random Technologies cat before because it was cheap, however, that broke in half 3 months later. now i'm running a carsound (bought it off of Jackson Racing) and i'm very happy. Fit perfectly, passes emissions...YAY!

i do private racing and i was wondering if having no cat looses back pressure or anything which will make you loose power? Also no i'm not planning on being a asshole and running no cat illegally on public streets so no flaming! :-)

Having no cat will reduce backpressure and you will gain horsepower up top, but you will lose some low end torque (oxymoron with hondas) in the process.

A Hi-flow cat should flow more freely and in theory cause less backpressure. But remember, you don't want any backpressure in your exhaust system. The idea that backpressure =more power is wrong.
