It's most likely the brak fluid cap, they have been known to go bad. Mines did the same thing and when i unplugged the wires connected to the cap the problem went away.

1 Try unscrewing both brake fluid reservoirs.
2 Carefully clean the housing on both reservoirs.
3 Carefully "dunk" each plunger in the brake fluid and turn the plunger upside down so it lubricates the mechanism (you may need to do this several times to ensure it's well lubricated).
4 Carefully screw each cap back in place.
5 Fin.

Or hey, you're under warranty, let them do the same thing.
you are teh wrong. we just replace them!:fawk:

man 770 bucks is alot for an oil change and a "topping off fluids and checking things over" while throwing in a rear brake job and a tire mount

when i installed my JDM ITR pistons a couple months ago, while breaking the motor in, i achieved about 32 MPG while keeping that thing outta vtec and drving it in a civilized way

These cars are easy to drive in a civilized manner, just don't come across any twisty roads.

I turned my a/c off and got 32.5 mpg (with some hard driving here and there)..... You sure it's not that it's cold and your not using your a/c thats giving you better gas mileage? Just something to think about.

Oh and I tested it with the a/c on too, and got 31 mpg. My only mod is a short ram intake.
