Default 88 Integra auto trans slips in turns

I just bought a 1988 Integra for $109.00 (yes $109.00) with a smashed left front fender. It has all new struts and tires. Came with a Pioneer system, cold a/c,runs and drives great. Here's the catch.
If I take a sharp right hand turn at any kind of speed (20 to 30 mph) the auto trans feels like it just goes into neutral for about a second or so. The engine just revs up!
The trans fluid is full and not burnt and the trans shifts firm in all gears.
Anyone seen this or got any ideas???

I did find a tech bulletin from Acura that that has some updated replacement parts available to fix a 2-3 slip problem but I would have to overhaul the trans to install them.
I have been thinking about adding some extra fluid to see what happens.

Think that fix would work for other types of Honda's?

I have a Prelude that is doing similar things.

I am an A.S.E certified Master Tech and at my work I have service called All-Data on my computer with recall info and tech bulletins and repair manuals and parts prices on just about every make and model. The 2-3 shift bulletin was on All-Data and is an actual Acura TSB...
